Yes. Most of our products are made to order after you place your purchase. This allows us to create your item specifically for you.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before being shipped.

How long does shipping take?

For orders shipped within the United States, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after the order has been processed.

How much is US shipping?

Standard shipping within the United States is $6.99 per order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because our products are made to order, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if production has not started.

How can I check my order status?

Once your order has shipped, tracking information may be provided so you can follow the delivery progress.
